Helping a bank to be itself

As Luxembourg’s oldest cooperative bank, Banque Raiffeisen has members instead of customers. Why this is actually a benefit, however, wasn’t coming across.

By grounding the brand with the line ‘The bank that belongs to its members’ and creating a new campaign and visual identity focused on the members, the brand was realigned to the bank’s values once more.
